Success with Vastu

How it works

From first call to follow-up

No part of a consultation is improvised. Here is the whole sequence, including what we need from you and when you will have the report in hand.

  1. Proposal

It starts with a conversation. A phone call or an email about the site tells us what you are dealing with and what you are hoping to change — enough for us to scope the work and quote a fee before you commit to anything.

  2. Floor plan & details

We ask for a floor plan with accurate directions marked, details of what surrounds the site, a brief history of the premises, and a note on your goals and priorities. The more context we have, the sharper the reading.

  3. Site survey & compass reading

An on-site evaluation with a compass reading, conducted at a time you choose. This usually takes one to two hours and is the part that cannot be faked — direction has to be measured where it is.

    Skipped for online consultations.

  4. Vastu reading & evaluation

The measurements go into the tools we have developed over decades of practice — dowsing charts, bar charts, graphs and grading tables — so that the analysis is systematic rather than impressionistic.

  5. Report by your consultant

A professional written report, prepared personally by your consultant. Available in 3 days for online consultations and 7 days for on-site ones, with remedies listed in the order you should act on them.

  6. Follow-up

We monitor whether the implementation is actually working. Backup support for the same premises is free for one full year after the consultation — because a remedy you cannot ask questions about is not much of a remedy.

Before we start

What to have ready

The sharper the inputs, the sharper the reading. None of this is difficult to gather, and having it ready shortens the whole timeline.

  1. 01

A floor plan with directions marked

An architect's drawing is ideal, but a hand sketch with room measurements and a north arrow is usually enough to begin. Include every floor.

  2. 02

A compass reading at the main entrance

Stand inside the doorway looking out and note the bearing. Your phone's compass is adequate for this first pass; we verify it independently on site.

  3. 03

    What surrounds the site

Roads, neighbouring buildings, water bodies, open ground, slopes. Photographs from each side of the property are more useful than a description.

  4. 04

A brief history of the premises

When it was built, when you moved in, what has changed since, and — importantly — when the trouble you want addressed started.

  5. 05

    Your goals and priorities

A sentence is enough. What you want to change determines which findings get ranked first in the report.
